Terms & Conditions

By booking services through Belladonna Nights, clients agree to the following service terms:

Belladonna Nights provides hosted entertainment services including karaoke, trivia, musical bingo, themed programming, and specialty event hosting for private parties, public venues, and corporate events throughout the Seattle-Tacoma area.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve event dates. Event bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment is received. Remaining balances must be paid prior to or on the date of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing adequate space, power access, and safe operating conditions for sound equipment and hosting staff. Belladonna Nights is not responsible for interruptions caused by venue limitations, crowd interference, or venue-imposed volume restrictions.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event may be subject to additional fees. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible based on availability.

Belladonna Nights reserves the right to discontinue services in unsafe environments or where equipment damage is likely to occur. Clients may be held financially responsible for damage to provided equipment caused by guests, staff, or venue conditions.

For ticketed public events, refund policies are determined per event and may vary based on venue partnership agreements.

Belladonna Nights may record or photograph events for promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event date.

By engaging Belladonna Nights for services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
